Every once in a while I will share a few random things with you that I am enjoying. Most of these will be things that I am using or trying in my everyday life or things that I have come across that fit with my overall theme here at Mental Muscle Wellness. As most of these things won’t warrant an entire dedicated post, from time to time, I will group them together stream-of-consciousness style.
So, here we go!
I am always touting the mood boosting benefits of exercise, both as a long term bonus from consistent workouts and as a path to choose during individual sessions. This week, Brit + Co posted these two awesome articles on those topics.
Anybody out there a fan of Pick Up Limes? Check out Sadia on YouTube, or on her blog pickuplimes.com. She is amazing; informative, thorough, and succinct all at the same time. This week she posted this video that underlines everything I said in last week’s post from a different viewpoint. And her voice is so soothing, too!
For various reasons, we are in organization mode in our house right now. I am loving these cord wraps. I am also looking to fashion a new workspace for myself with this organizer and this pegboard system figuring prominently.
I just ordered and received this workout top from Old Navy and holy double-vented comfort Batman! This thing is light as a breeze and the back can be worn multiple ways.
I have been loving both the cleanser and the peel pads from this First Aid Beauty kit. I have sensitive, dry, and acne prone skin so anything that doesn’t trigger some sort of reaction is huge. The fact that these two products have my skin in its best shape in a while is a major bonus.
Lastly, I wanted to start bullet journaling as part of my 2018 resolutions but I knew that the constant flipping back and forth would annoy me, so I decided to try a traveler’s notebook. And I’ve loved it. I purchased an inexpensive set at Target, but I have enjoyed it so much that I am ready to upgrade my gear for 2019 (yikes!) and I just ordered this cover from the Hello Happiness Co and I am pumped to get crafty with the inserts.
Be well, friends!
