Wall Workout for Total Body Strength

October 25, 2022

Howdy Warriors! I’m very excited to share this week’s post with you. Having some tried and true home workouts in your rotation is so helpful to maintaining consistency. And even when you have a gym membership, sometimes you just can’t get there. Especially when the weather turns from fall to gross. I’ve got a great strength workout you can do and the only equipment you need, besides yourself, is an unobstructed patch of wall.

Beyond a minimal equipment demand, this workout is a full body routine. You can complete it in straight sets (i.e. all of one exercise before you move on to the next, just pause the video) or you can run through this circuit style (rewind said video and lather, rinse, repeat).

This workout is also beginner friendly. The more distance spaced from the wall (i.e. in planks, the further your feet are from the wall) the more difficult the exercise. Which also makes this easy to modify. If you need to take a step, or more, in the only thing in your way is the wall itself.

If that wasn’t enough, every single exercise starts from a simple standing base. You do not have to get on the ground. You do not have to brace your feet halfway up the wall. You do not have to risk falling on your backside (or worse). I try to focus on providing workouts that are accessible for as many individuals as possible and getting up and down from the floor or crazy advanced positions aren’t accessible.

So, hit play and get ready to smash this unique workout!
