Hi Warrior, hope you are well! We are at the point in the year when holidays and travel abound. Whether you are headed out by car, bus, train, boat, or plane, travel usually means long days, cramped seats, and tension. I’ve got a quick 10 minute full body stretch that you can do wherever your destination happens to be.
You know the feeling; you’ve just spent the best part of a day in the car trying to hear GPS directions over arguing kids. Or you’ve airport hopped with the crowds and haven’t had more than 1 and ½ square feet to yourself for the last 8 hours. You are tired. And stiff. And have a massive knot in your back. So before you attempt to sleep on a pillow that isn’t yours or tangle with the bar in the sofa bed, take a few minutes to stretch.
